The UCSD Center for AIDS Research (CFAR) presents a series of lectures from international experts on the latest worldwide HIV research. In this program, Jean William Pape, M.D., Director of GHESKIO (the largest health care organization in Haiti), discusses 25 years of AIDS in Haiti. Special focus is placed on research as a key to improving medical care in resource limited settings. In addition to his work at GHESKIO, Dr. Pape is a Professor of Medicine at Cornell and a member of the Institute of Medicine. Recorded on 02/23/0207. (#12276)
