Orville Schell, a journalist, author and one of the nation's top China experts argues that these two countries are the key to solving the climate problem. Schell is a former professor and Dean at the University of California, Berkeley's Graduate School of Journalism and is now the director of the Asia Society's newly established Center on U.S.-China Relations.
